When was the countertop made and by whom?

What was the mix formula or type of mix, including water-cement ratio?

Was it ever sealed before? If so, what was the old sealer and how was it removed?

How long did the concrete cure before sealing?

How was the concrete processed after curing, i.e. untouched cream finish, ground to 200 grit, polished to 3000 grit?

Was the concrete wet or dry processed?

How was the surfaced prepared before sealing, i.e. acid washed with a 1:10 solution of muriatic acid, wiped with water, wiped with pure acetone?

What was the temperature and the humidity level at the time of application?

How many coats were applied, and what was the dilution? What was the time between coats?

Was there anything during the application process that did not look the same as the videos?

How long did the sealer cure before using the countertop?

How long after application did the problem occur?
