Q & A
Precast Mix Calculator
The precast calculator is a from-scratch calculator that uses gravel, sand, cement, and pozzolans, and as such it cannot be adjusted for using Cement All.
Cement All is a blend of fine sand and CSA cement, and because it's preblended, there's no way for you to adjust the precast calculator to accommodate it.
You should be using the CCI GFRC Mix Calculator Cement All if you want to use Cement All.
As for pozzolans, they do not work in Cement All.

I recommend VCAS 160, but it ONLY is used in portland cement.
Yes, when you order the calculator, both metric and English versions are emailed to you automatically.
Hi Nathan, and thank you for the question. You are right, it's very basic ingredients in the right ratios. Especially important is a low water-cement ratio, achieved by using a water reducer instead of more water . Proper curing techniques are important too - see the curing articles on our website. The only specialty ingredients we recommend are a pozzolan and a superplasticizer (aka high range water reducer, and we prefer polycarboxylate based). There are extensive articles on our website if you search for "pozzolan" and "superplasticizer" that will help you understand what to look for locally. But we are actually very familiar with the Australian market and can send you specific brands available in the east or the west. Send us an email after purchase, and we'll send along the list of Australian sources.
Thank you for your interest in the calculator Lindsay. You will need to download an Excel program that will work on a Mac.
