PowerPack Kits

CCI’s PowerPack Kits for making GFRC concrete countertops are the most convenient and cost-effective way to get the high-performance ingredients you need for your projects.

CCI has created four different kit sizes to suit every project size, from a busy professional production shop down to a DIY’ers weekend project.

Each PowerPack Kit includes the three most important ingredients you need to make GFRC in the correct proportions so that you order only what you need. This minimizes your inventory, storage space, and shipping costs.

Each kit contains Integrity PowerPack, 19mm AR Glass Fibers and UltraFlow superplaticizer. Add your own sand, cement, and color to create the strongest GFRC on the market.

DIY Project Kit contains:

• 1, 30 lb bag of PowerPack
• 4, 2.2lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 1, 1 lb jar of UltraFlow
• Makes 295 lbs, or about 2.1 cubic feet of GFRC
• 34 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $5.84/sq ft, or 26 sq ft @ 1” thick, $7.78/sq ft

Small Kit contains:

• 6, 30 lb bags of PowerPack
• 1, 44 lb bag of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 1, 5 lb jar of UltraFlow
• Makes 1,755 lbs, or about 12.6 cubic feet of GFRC
• 204 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $3.81/sq ft, or 153 sq ft @ 1” thick, $5.08/sq ft

Medium Kit contains:

• 21, 30 lb bags of PowerPack
• 4, 44 lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 3, 5 lb jars of UltraFlow
• Makes 6,190 lbs, or about 44.5 cubic feet of GFRC
• 719 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $3.63/sq ft, or 540 sq ft @ 1” thick, $4.84/sq ft

Full-Sized Kit contains:

• 42, 30 lb bags of PowerPack
• 7, 44 lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 6, 5 lb jars of UltraFlow
• Makes 12,350 lbs, or about 89 cubic feet of GFRC
