PowerBlend Kits

CCI’s PowerBlend Kits for making concrete countertops are the simplest, most convenient and cost-effective way to get the high-performance ingredients you need for your projects.

CCI has created four different kit sizes to suit every project size, from a busy professional production shop down to a DIY’ers weekend project.

Each PowerBlend Kit includes the three most important ingredients you need to make GFRC in the correct proportions so that you order only what you need. This minimizes your inventory, storage space, and shipping costs.

Each kit contains Integrity PowerBlend, 19mm AR Glass Fibers and UltraFlow superplaticizer. Just add water and color to create the strongest GFRC on the market.

DIY Project Kit contains:

• 5, 45 lb bags of PowerBlend
• 3, 2.2lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 1, 1 lb jar of UltraFlow
• Makes 265 lbs, or about 1.92 cubic feet of GFRC
• 30 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $6.51/sq ft, or 23 sq ft @ 1” thick, $8.66/sq ft

Small Kit contains:

• 10, 45 lb bags of PowerBlend
• 6, 2.2lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 1, 1 lb jar of UltraFlow
• Makes 529 lbs, or about 3.84 cubic feet of GFRC
• 61 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $6.35/sq ft, or 46 sq ft @ 1” thick, $8.46/sq ft

Medium Kit contains:

• 25, 45 lb bags of PowerBlend
• 1, 44 lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 1, 5 lb jar of UltraFlow
• Makes 1,326 lbs, or about 9.61 cubic feet of GFRC
• 154 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $6.34/sq ft, or 115 sq ft @ 1” thick, $8.43/sq ft

Full-Sized Kit contains:

• 50, 45 lb bags of PowerBlend
• 2, 44 lb bags of 19mm AR Glass Fibers
• 1, 5 lb jars of UltraFlow
• 1, 1 lb jar of UltraFlow
• Makes 2,653 lbs, or about 19.2 cubic feet of GFRC
• 308 sq ft @ ¾” thick, $6.18/sq ft, or 231 sq ft @ 1” thick, $8.22/sq ft
