Extensive international studies of GFRC show that a polymer-solids loading of 6% of cementitious weight is required to achieve a 7-day, air-cured strength that is equivalent to a 7-day wet-cured strength.

Proportioning:

  • 1 44-lb bag of AR glass fibers
  • 2 buckets of Forton
  • 2 bags of VCAS pozzolan
  • 4 packets of Fritz-Pak Air-Minus defoamer
  • Add your own sand and cement
  • Makes about 180 sq ft of 1/8″ thick mist coat and 3/4″ thick backer
